  18. conditions before using this software. Unless you have a 
  19. different license agreement signed by Fred Block your use 
  20. of this software indicates your acceptance of this license 
  21. agreement and warranty.

  28. This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use 
  29. this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a 
  30. period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 
  31. day evaluation period a registration fee of $15.00 is 
  32. required. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US 
  33. bank, and should be sent to Fred Block, P.O. Box 1533, 
  34. McAfee, NJ 07428. Quantity discounts and site licenses are
  35. available, as described in the ORDER.TXT file. When payment 
  36. is received you will be sent a registered copy of the 
  37. latest version of U-Convert-It.

  39. Unregistered use of U-Convert-It after the 30 day 
  40. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. copyright laws.

  48. Shareware version, you are hereby licensed to make as many 
  49. copies of the Shareware version of this software and 
  50. documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the 
  51. original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the

  53. unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge 
  54. for any of the above. The UCONVERT.ZIP file included on the
  55. registered distribution disk is for this purpose.

  66. One registered copy of U-Convert-It may either be used by a
  67. single person who uses the software personally on one or 
  68. more computers, or installed on a single work station used 
  69. non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You
  70. may access the registered version of U-Convert-It through a 
  71. network, provided that you have obtained individual 
  72. licenses for the software covering all workstations that 
  73. will access the software through the network. This means 
  74. that if ten different workstations will access U-Convert-It
  75. on the network, each workstation must have its own 
  76. U-Convert-It license, regardless of whether they use 
  77. U-Convert-It at different times or concurrently.

  82. USERS OF "U-CONVERT-IT" MUST ACCEPT THIS DISCLAIMER OF

  84. "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF 
  85. MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED
